By accessing or using the MFL Fight Management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MFL provides a fight management platform for organizing, managing, and tracking mixed martial arts events, fighter rosters, matchmaking, contracts, and related operations.

3. User Accounts

  • Access to the Service is by invitation only. You must be invited by an authorized administrator to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Share, distribute, or disclose confidential fighter data, contract details, or financial information to unauthorized parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. Confidentiality

All fighter data, financial information, contract details, matchmaking strategies, and other business information accessed through the Service is strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent from MFL.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MFL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express permission.

7. Fighter and Agent Obligations

  • Fighters and agents must provide accurate information in all intake forms, submissions, and profile data.
  • Contract terms agreed to through the platform are legally binding.
  • Fighters are responsible for meeting weight requirements and medical clearances as specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
